Kilton Land Auction Brings in $10 Million
Kilton Auction round two was another success with over 2000 acres of recreational land and over 1000 acres of farmland selling at an average of $3300 per acre. Hundreds of people gathered to bid and watch a phenomenal amount of land exchange hands. Local news paper The Journal-News featured a great recap of the auction in their bi-weekly paper.
