MarkNet Alliance members have reached a new milestone posting 500 current auctions. A majority of the auctions currently listed (318) with the companies are residential real estate auctions and over 300 auctions are being conducted as online only auctions. MarkNet Alliance, a national network of auction companies, in the past has conducted approximately 250-300 auctions every 30 days.
“This is a significant number for our members from the simple standpoint of showing they are becoming the businesses of choice to liquidate property, not just in one area, but across the country,” said Matt Corso, Chief Operating Officer of MarkNet Alliance. “This number is also significant in showing that auctions are becoming a more mainstream way of doing business, especially online auctions.”
